I often stop here for gas, they have the best prices in the area for
Exxon. Went into the store for a bite to eat this time. Not a great
idea. First of all, the place was pretty stinky--possibly some sort of
plumbing malfunction, coming from the restrooms but pervading the store.
I went ahead to order from their tacqueria, though. Had a fajita beef
plate. Not worth braving the smell. The fajita beef was marinated to
the point of jerky, very dry, tough and astringent. Refried beans were
kind of chunky. Rice was just OK, not good enough to save the meal. I
didn't eat much of it. I will say this--the salsa was very spicy, if
you are looking for that then this could work, if they have other items
on the menu that are better. They do have a seating area, not pretty
but plenty of room and would have been fine except for the smell. I'll
definitely be back but will stay outside.
