My last review was done during their off season menu when they don't have crawfish. The truck has moved to the food truck court behind the Gosling Express and I thought I'd check out their signature dish. They had just received a delivery and prepared a fresh batch when I came by.
The crawfish were a bit uneven in size, since it's still a bit early in the season, but the flavor was wonderful and the crawfish were perfectly cooked. Almost, but not quite, too spicy for me to eat, though my spice tolerance is low. It's worthwhile to add corn and potatoes, and put their tasty cajun butter sauce on them. The whole meal was fantastic.I wish them success in their new location. The venue continues to improve, though the parking is terrible.
