Woodsedge Community Church has a performing space with a coffee shop that has been operating since 1993. They just recently opened the coffee shop to the public from 7am-4pm Monday through Thursday. I stopped in the other day to try it out.
The Woodsedge campus is quite large, but they have effective temporary signage that leads you to the coffee shop. The performance space is very spacious, inside it feels like you are outside. The offerings are pretty basic, so I went with an Americano and a ham and cheese croissant. They were both competent--the coffee was fine and gave the requisite caffeine kick. The croissant was OK, they warmed it up for me. It was an inexpensive lunch.
I don't know that I would go out of my way just for the coffee shop unless they upgrade the menu, but if you're there to visit and are feeling peckish it is worthwhile.
